African Bible College desires to have a truly international representation of faculty and staff.  Even as the body of Christ is one, with many various members contributing to the whole, so it is expected that the college faculty and staff will be enriched by its variety.

Teaching staff are required to affirm their commitment to the biblical faith.  They also must normally have the qualification of at least a master’s degree from a recognized institution, and are expected to have had some previous experience in teaching.
